Fatacos

Elisabeth has an adorable way of referring to her favorite Mexican food. She had combined fajita and taco to create fataco. But better yet, fataco does not refer simply to fajitas and tacos; it also includes burritos and enchiladas.

What a terrific word! It comprises every manner of Mexican tortilla!
