The UPS man is here!
On Friday we were driving out of the city for a retreat. On the other side of the city, we saw a big brown truck double parked on the street. Elisabeth exclaimed,The UPS man is here!
It was apparent from the way that she said it that she hasn't yet intuited that there is more than one UPS man and more than one big brown truck.

My daughter used to yell "Daddy!" to every man she'd see in a camouflage uniform. I guess she thought only her daddy wore those clothes. That memory came back as I read this about Elizabeth.
