"Astonishing" u-turn

As an Episcopalian, I am heartened by the recent apparent change of heart in Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Caterbury. I pray that it is truly a change of heart, and not a change of position simply to accomodate the Global South leaders who are adamantly pushing for orthodoxy as definitive in unity.

I am especially heartened, because it raises the hope that the Episcopal Church USA will be pressed to repent, or leave the Anglican communion, thus showing that it is not a Christian church.
